These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of The Priori Method™ and any other digital products, content, or services offered by Nursing School Insider (“Nursing School Insider,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). You can reach us at [email protected].
By purchasing, accessing, or using any of our products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use our products.
2. What you are purchasing
The Priori Method™ is a digital educational product delivered electronically. It includes study guides, concept breakdowns, practice questions with rationales, and test-taking strategies intended to help nursing students develop clinical reasoning and test-taking skills. The specific contents are described on the sales page at the time of purchase. We may update, improve, or revise the materials over time.
3. Payment and all sales are final
All sales are final. Because The Priori Method™ is a digital product and access is granted immediately after purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason once your payment is complete. Please review the product description carefully before you buy.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Your payment is processed by a third-party payment processor; we do not store your full card details. By submitting payment you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Charges will appear on your statement as NURSING SCHOOL INSIDER.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at [email protected] before initiating a dispute with your bank so we can review it with you.
4. Access and delivery
After purchase, your access link is sent to the email address you provided at checkout, typically within a few minutes. You are responsible for entering a correct email address and for checking your spam or promotions folders. If you do not receive your access email, contact us and we will resend it. “Lifetime access” means access for as long as Nursing School Insider continues to offer the product; if the product is ever discontinued, we will make reasonable efforts to give you notice and an opportunity to download your materials.
5. Personal license and permitted use
Your purchase grants you a single-user, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the materials for your own individual study. You may not:
- share, forward, post, upload, or distribute the materials or your access link to anyone else, including classmates, group chats, or study groups;
- copy, reproduce, resell, sublicense, or publicly display any portion of the materials;
- use the materials to create, train, or build a competing product, course, question bank, or service;
- remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
Violation of this license may result in immediate termination of your access without refund and may expose you to legal liability.
6. Intellectual property
All content, materials, text, graphics, frameworks, and the names Nursing School Insider and The Priori Method™ are owned by Nursing School Insider and protected by copyright and trademark law. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you.
7. Educational purposes only
The Priori Method™ is a study and test-preparation resource. It does not provide medical, clinical, diagnostic, or professional nursing advice and is not a substitute for your accredited nursing program, faculty and preceptor instruction, clinical site policies, or the requirements of your state board of nursing. Always follow your program's instruction and your governing board's regulations. Clinical scenarios and practice questions are illustrative and educational; they are not to be used for real patient care decisions.
8. No guarantee of results
Your results depend on your own effort, study habits, program, and preparation. We make no representation, promise, or guarantee of any particular grade, exam score, passing result, NCLEX outcome, licensure, or academic or professional performance. Any examples or descriptions of outcomes are illustrative only.
9. Trademark notice
NCLEX® and NCLEX-RN® are registered trademarks of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing, Inc. (NCSBN). NCSBN does not sponsor, endorse, review, or have any affiliation with Nursing School Insider or The Priori Method™. All references to NCLEX-style content are descriptive only.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The materials are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the materials will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any errors will be corrected.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nursing School Insider and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of grades, exam results, licensure, income, or opportunities, arising out of or related to your purchase or use of the materials. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the product.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nursing School Insider and its owner from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the materials.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Sections 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, and 12 survive termination.
14. Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase our products.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [YOUR STATE], United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in [YOUR COUNTY, STATE], and you consent to their jurisdiction.
